Our kitty that passed away in 2019 had bathroom issues and every visit Tricia did, she would fill in my toilet tally for ours and her peace of mind and she sent a super sweet card when he passed. It really is the little things that show a superb company. She has since looked after our new kitty and he was smitten whilst we where away on our two week holiday!
